It does not work the ability to copy text

    I have two problems on my server (NGINX):
    1. The option to disable the ability to copy text is not working. It seems to me that it was after updated: From version 4.1.5 to version 4.1.9.
    2. When I make any changes in the plugin settings, these changes are not reflecting and updating the .htaccess.

    The first problem was solved. It is due to the fact are logged in as admin. Not logged in is blocking the button “copy” and “paste”. ??

    I continue with the second problem.

    In regards to your second problem, you need to find the alternative for Nginx. Nginx does not use the .htaccess file like an Apache server.

    Hi,
    Thanks for answering.
    True, I know that.
    But the plugin reads the .htaccess? Or not?
    I ask this because I realized that only a part of the plugin settings are saved in the .htaccess.

    Hi, the plugin writes to .htaccess files but Nginx does not recognize this file.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your support and fantastic plugin.
    I understand that nginx does not recognize the .htaccess.
    My question is whether after some changes to the settings, they should reflect the .htaccess (to be read by the plugin and not by nginx)?
    Another question: From what I see, the plugin works well in nginx. Is there any incompatibility of “All In One WP Security & Firewall” with nginx server or can use normally?

    In regards to your first question, you cannot implement the features that write to the .htaccess files because that file does not exist in an Nginx server. I believe that if you enable any of the Firewall features that write to the .htaccess file you will receive an error message. I don’t use Nginx server for my sites so I am not 100% sure about this. However many have reported this in the forum.

    As far as I know the plugin works in Nginx servers except for the features that write to the .htaccess file. Someone in the forum shared the following brute force solution. I thought of sharing this with you just in case you want to use this feature yourself.
