[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] [Plugin: Nextgen Gallery] Request: Per-gallery thumbnail size settings

As it is right now, there is one global setting for the thumbnail sizes for the gallery thumbnails. However, sometimes I use a special gallery within a post to demonstrate images for a review, and would like the thumbnails to be larger than in my regular gallery. Unfortunately, only the singlepic tag has width/height attributes.

It would be nice if in the manage gallery settings we could set the thumbnail sizes there, on a per-gallery basis, instead of one global setting.
