Responsive menu not working in tablet and phone mode(Toggle button not working)

Hi
I am using doctors theme free version here the button of the responsive menu is not working.
How to solve it. The main menu is hiding in phone and the responsive toggle button is also visible but the button is not working to see the menu items.
