Label incorrect

Hello,

I’ve free shipping for orders above 39,99€ for Spain: https://s12.postimg.org/qpaw9thzh/Screen_Shot_2016_11_03_at_17_54_57.png

But when I try to put in the cart +39,99€ and the shipping address for Spain, the cost of shipping is correct (free) but the label shows “Free shipping above €49,99” (in portuguese, I have translate all my website): https://s21.postimg.org/y75xewbiv/Screen_Shot_2016_11_03_at_17_57_31.png

Important to say that I use Weight Based Shipping also for Portugal (for free shipping above €20) and for France (free above €49,99) and the labels works correctly for both. It’s only for Spain the problem.
