form post to wp-store-locator

  • Hi all,
    I am trying to send an input to storelocator from another page, is it possible?

    I have created a custom form on my navbar in order to search
    “<form action=”locations/” method=”post”><input type=”text” name=”search_location” placeholder=”🔎 CITY, STATE, ZIP” style=”height:5px; width:150px;border: none;”></form>”

    But I couldn’t find the solution where to post or how to make it work, could you help me or show me a way to do it? Thanks.
