Automaticly include/exclude

Hello,

1/ I would like to know please if there’s an option to set same include/exclude related automaticly for all the posts in my site, and not one by one.

2/ The titles in each related post have three dots in the end, even when whole title appears. is it possible to get rid of these dots?
