• Hi,

I am using the AddtoAny Share Button throughout my webpage. I have placed them as a widget in the footer of my webpage. On Desktop computers the buttons are displayed if I refresh my homepage. However, on mobile device (e.g. Iphone 5s Safari or Iphone 5 chrome) the buttons are not displayed. If I refresh the homepage using the chrome mobile device simulator, I see the following error. As mentioned the bug is only present on mobile devices.

    How can I fix it?

Hi Lihas, right now your homepage Follow buttons are showing on mobile and in Chrome’s debugger. If you’re still stuck, try troubleshooting by making sure your Chrome extensions are disabled (and Safari “content blockers” if you installed one). Also try deactivating CloudFlare’s Rocket Loader.

    Hi,

I do not have any Chrome extensions and no content blocker installed on Safari. I still get the following error in the chrome debugger

QMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1
    page.js:1 Uncaught TypeError: a2a[((“create_” + a2a.type) + “_dropdown”)] is not a function(…)(anonymous function) @ page.js:1(anonymous function) @ page.js:1

The page.js is refering to https://static.addtoany.com/menu/page.js

I disabled the Rocket Loader? (Asynchrones Laden von JavaScript)in Cloudfare. However, it did not solve the issue above.

    Hi,

I resolved the issue. I followed your instruction here

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/some-buttons-are-missing/

and enabled ““Cache AddToAny locally with daily cache updates”. Now the buttons on safari and chrome debugger are visible without causing the error above.

    Thanks Lihas
