Fatal Error Can’t use function return value in write context

Download this changed file https://www.dropbox.com/s/12x00ya4lbtuuwk/template-tags.php.zip?dl=0
Unzip it and upload template-tags.php to /lithestore/framework/templates/ folder via FTP client overwrite the old file.

Please let me know how about it on your server.
