Logo Dislaying over main nag bar Enigma Theme

I have the Enigma Theme Premium version. I’d like to make my logo bigger than the space designated and have the top stay the same but have the bottom drop over the main nag bar. I’m testing the site in MAMP and is not live right now…PLEASE HELP:)
