    After completing a wordfence scan, I deleted a file which appeared as a ‘new issue’, this has sent the website into abyss and I am no longer able to access the site.. I’m hoping to locate the most recent log file of the scan so that I am able to restore this file. Am I able to find log files in the file directory?

    There is no log file for the scan activity/result, however, I suggest checking your database via any database management tool (for example: phpMyAdmin), to be more specific check these two tables:
    – wp_wfIssues:
    This table should have the latest warnings and issues reported in your latest scan.

    – wp_wfStatus:
    This one contains the latest “Activity Log” entries on the scan page.

    Hopefully, you will be able to find what you are looking for in these tables.
