User Role Capabilities

    When attempting to create limited user rights using “User Role Editor” it appears that there is no setting to permit a controlled admin account the ability manage download categories. There is no option to allow this newly created user role the ability to create, edit, delete download categories.

    I have test with other plugins and custom post types and they all appear to be working ok.
