product with different sizes

Hi, I have a woocommerce shop. Some of my products have different sizes like height: 11cm – 13cm – 16cm – 20cm , 25cm , 30cm and 40cm. because of difference in shape and price, we decided to separate each one as a product. So my question is that what should I do for focus keyword? should I use size in it?
