Questions for transactions

  • Hello,
    I have 2 questions concerning the transactions:

    1. At support.vivawallet.com says that there are options for payments at a specific place and by paying at home except from paying with credit cards but I cannot see those options neither at the plugin setting or the panel of viva. Could you please give me some help with that?

    2. Is there a way for the user to choose for a recurring transaction in the site (before getting redirected to the vivapayments page) so that I can store to a local db his choice? Or else, is the api returning if he/she clicked the checkbox so that I can see that value?

    1. Pay at home and Pay by phone is not implemented, due to Woocommerce time restrictions for payment completion.
    2. Recurring payments are not supported.
