• Hi, we are using this woocommerce shortcode:

    [products ids=”all”]

but it’s not showing on mobile device (iphone 6, nexus etc), but displaying list of products OK on desktop.

    Any advice?

It looks like you have two themes. Your primary theme Pinboard works fine on desktop and also on mobile if you switch to it. The second theme is coming from your WPTouch plugin, and its this theme that you’re seeing by default on mobile. Looking at the settings for WPTouch, (I have a slightly newer version than the one you have) the settings say you need the Pro version to be able to process desktop theme shortcodes, and I expect therefore, to process WooCommerce shortcodes.

    I think your options include:
    – remove WPTouch and apply some more custom styles to your site so the desktop theme looks really good on mobile. It doesn’t look too bad on mobile as it is.
    – try the Pro version of WPTouch (I haven’t tried it myself)
