    Hi, everything went fine during migration with older versions of plug-in, but with the new one something is wrong… I cannot import archive through the import function, and Backups section do not work as well (uploaded through FTP).

    All I have – Unable to import. The archive file is corrupted.

    Do you mean with the older version, importing the same file works?

    Hi, I mean older versions worked well during the same operations. 5.5 version seems not. Have you any thoughts why archive could be corrupted? I tried the same archive on older WP version and 5.3 plug-in version – the same result.

    Hi frogmanas,

    Do you still have access to the exported site?
    Is it possible that your server timed out while downloading the exported backup or the Internet connection stopped?
