• Hi there,

The Fullscreen theme features rather nice menu buttons that transport the user halfway down the page towards their designated sections. However, when the user is not on the Home page but say, on the Contact page, these buttons lose functionality – ie., they can’t seem to send the user to a section on a different Page. Is there any way to solve this?

Under Appearance>Menus I can decide what the menu buttons link to. The choice is between Page, Post, Custom Link or Category. Under Custom Link, where I would normally add an URL, I can use a hastag to send it to a Page Section instead, so the “url” ends up saying “#section1”.
I’ve experimented with typing in “#home/section1” or “www.domainname.com/home/#section1”, but to no success – and there are too many variations on the basic idea to simply try them all, although it doesn’t seem like a far fetch..

Any ideas what else I might try?

    Kind regards,
    Philip

    UPDATE:

So I’ve figured out that the correct URL for a section is like the following:

    https://www.domainname.com/#section2

If I type that in my browser it sends me to the correct section. However, when I type that as the Custom Link URL the menu button does not do the same..

Also, the Menu Button for the Section I used to send me to the site the first now stays highlighted, even when navigating the rest of the site.
