Video posting but not playing

    Hi,

    We used this plugin to get videos on our website, Reelistikcharters.com, however once I copy the code to get the video on our video page, I see only a cover shot of the video but cannot press any of the buttons including play, volume, etc. How do we get the videos to actually play?

    Hi, please may i see your page link with the player? Please put the player in some test page and send it to me. if the issue is site specific then i will direct you to developers

    Thank you very much for the reply. I am not sure if this is what you mean but please see a link to the website above that should take you to the page where the videos are posted.

    As I see you use Single view and have posted two videos.the problem may come from a conflict with your them or some other plugin , I will recommend to ask to developer for fix on [email protected] they will immediately answer you
