    Hi,
I have siteorigin pagebuilder pluggin, but there is a problem with this theme that the rows are always 100% fluid. How can I put a container so the content no not stretch to the sides?
    Thanks

    Hi there,

I think that would require a setting inside the actual page builder.

If there’s a place for you to add a class to the row, you could add the grid-container class to make it contained.

    Let me know ??

    Hi Tom,

Thanks for the fast reply. I applied the class and now the container is aligned to the left (I want it centered). Also, the background color is not streching to the sides.

There’s no option inside the page header to specify full width or contained rows?

Can you link me to the page?

You might want to check out a plugin like Elementor if you haven’t already.

For what I have been experimenting Elementor works fine and it has many great functionalities. Thanks for the tip.

Site Origin Plugins (Page Builder and CSS Editor) has several incompatibilities with generatepress.

    No problem!

I think Site Origin is geared heavily towards usage with their own themes, but I’ll have to play with them and GP to see if I can iron out some of the issues ??

    Hi Tom

Huge fan of your work. We haven’t specifically geared Page Builder our themes. We’ve tried to make things as theme-independent as possible.

If there are any changes we could make to Page Builder to make it more compatible with GeneratePress, please let me know. I’d be happy to help out ??

    Hi Greg,

Huge fan of YOUR work! ??

Thanks for the clarification regarding the themes. I wonder if the above makes sense to you? Is it possible to choose whether to contain specific rows vs. keep them full width?

Definitely want to make sure GP works with all of the available page builders, especially the super popular ones like yours.

    Thanks!
