When I’m creating a new page Hueman automatically sets a featured image (if there’s an image inside the page) and shows it in the top of the content page, below the menu. The image fills the whole width of the content space.
How could I solve this problem?
    Thanks!

  • Hi,

Sorry, I am confused with your question.
As far as I know, Hueman theme does not automatically set a featured image.
If you need this feature you need to custom code it yourself.

Please refer to this previous support thread for more details.

Thanks for your answer. I don’t want to create featured images in my posts and pages.
The problem, as I said, is that Hueman theme ‘autosets’ a featured image for me.
In this image you can see my webpage. You see a great image in the top of the content, exactly the same pictured displayed below. It appeared automatically… and this is happening in all the pages I have which images inside. Those pages without images works well.
I have not installed plugins related with featured images or similar stuff…
    Thanks

    Hi,

Hueman theme does not “autoset” your featured image,
It will only automatically pull your images as a slideshow, if you set your post format to gallery.

Please edit your post and take a look at your post format setting.
It should be set as standard.
Take a look at your featured image setting, it should be empty.

Please post your website URL if you require further assistance.
I need to take a look at your website source code.

You should have Appearance -> About Hueman
    Please provide the system information.

If you can’t find Appearance -> About Hueman, it means you are using an old version of Hueman Theme ( which is unsupported now ), you will need to update your theme.

    Thank you

Thanks again. Unfortunately, my web hasn’t been published yet. I’m working on it through XAMPP.
However, I think I’ve solved the problem. It wasn’t related with the post format (besides, it wasn’t a post but a page), it wasn’t related with any featured image because that field was always empty, and it was neither related with an update of the theme, it was updated.
If I’m not mistaken, it was caused by the plugin WP Super Cache, but I don’t why… The thing is that I deactivated that plugin and the featured images suddenly disappear.
I hope this could help someone else in the future.
Please, do not mark this post as Resolved yet. Maybe I’m mistaken and the problem comes back again…

This is a cache issue. You need to clear your cache content in your plugin’s settings.
    It’s showing you old content.

Only you can set this thread to resolve, because you created it.
I do not have the option to set this thread as resolved.

    Thank you

Thanks again. Finally, the problem was nor related with cache… Because it appeared again after deactivating WP Super Cache.
Now I think it’s related with a plugin called “Thumbnails”. I just deactivate it and that images suddenly disappeared.
However, now I’ll need another plugin which could change my thumbnails to same size.

You can use the following plugin to regenerate your thumbnails.
