I have a plugin disabled on mobile but when I view the source code, the plugin’s css file/attributes is still appearing.

Preventing this from occurring is outside Plugin Organizer’s realm of possibility? Thanks

I have 2 themes, one for mobile and one for desktop. I use a query string to view the mobile theme on desktop. Perhaps Plugin Organizer still serves the desktop plugins even though I’m viewing the mobile theme. I think that’s what’s happening. Is that correct?

Whether to show the mobile settings or not is determined using the user agent string your browser sends to the server. So you would need to change the user agent string your browser sends to the server to see the plugins disabled. You can change the user agent string using a plugin depending on which browser you are using.
