I recently installed wooCommerce to add shopping cart functionality to my site.

When I try to create products however, I’m unable to browse any of the images that have been uploaded to my site. I can add new ones & can see the ones I’ve just uploaded however can’t see any others.

When I deactivate Cornerstone, the media library loads fine however not having Cornerstone activated breaks a large part of the rest of my site so it’s not really feasible to deactivate this every time I want to add or change images on my products.

I’ve tested this in both Chrome & Edge … same behavior.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start looking to resolve this?

    We’re using X by Themeco

    Thanks
    Jeff

Hi, this is the support forum for the Cornerstone plugin in WordPress’ official plugin directory.

It appears that you are using a different plugin that uses the same name. You should be able to find a link to the plugin’s official home page below the plugin’s name on your site’s plugin admin page. You may also be able to find information on getting support via the site where you downloaded/purchased the plugin.
