    A couple things on that:

    2) Because you are collecting credit card information, you should absolutely be using an SSL on your site and routing over HTTPS. We have a guide here on converting your site to use HTTPS after you have an SSL certificate: https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/how-to-use-ssl-and-https-for-your-wordpress-website/
    3) I’m not seeing the problem you describe in Chrome/Windows 10 — which browser and OS are you seeing that problem in? Can you provide a screenshot?

    I would very much like to use the Priority Support. I’m trying to get my username and pw from the agency that set up the plugin for us initially.

    On that note, we did (or at least we thought we did) set up ssl/https. I will call that out to them since it seems you can tell that we are not.

    Regarding the cut off fields, I’m in Safari on mac OS Sierra 10.12. Not sure how to attach a screenshot here, but good to know you are not seeing it in Chrome. I’ll send a screenshot once I’m in the priority support area if it’s possible there.
