[Plugin: pb-embedFlash] I have no idea how to use this – Help please

Now i’m gonna look like a total idiot but I have no idea what to do here. I am new even to u tube.. Old Fart here , lol
The Plug in is in, I have gone thru the settings but haven’t touched anything. Where do I even put the url for the utube video. I tried it in a post but its just a link then. Also my theme is not widget friendly.. can this be my whole problem.

Someone please walk me thru this step by step.. Was I suppose to code something? Help, lol
