Invalid Token on confirm subscription

    Hi,
    plugin is working correctly for sending email, but when a user click on confirmation link, it is redirected to a page with error: “Token is invalid, you are not subscribed to our newsletter.”

    What is the problem?

    Hi,

    You should disable click tracking because WordPress is encoding some characters in a weird way not compatible with SendGrid.

    Hi i have implemented your plugin and but its work on fine on local and dev but on main server when i implement this. and when user subscribe and then he got a mail and when he click on confirmation link . we got a error “Token is invalid, you are not subscribed to our newsletter”. please help out . i have already done the changes which you have explain above but still it not working.

    Hi @rahulmani,

    If you disabled Click Tracking and still receiving that error, we should do more investigations.
    Please open a new thread and give us more details (if you use any other plugins, etc).

    Your plugin creates a very problem. I am not happy with that. I implement this in my site but it not working. when I click on confirmation link it redirects me on https://www.travhq.com/sg-subscription-invalid-token/.

    what I do I am not understanding. my site is
