Email contact will not change inside edit profile

  • Hi,

    I seem to be having some trouble changing my email address within the edit profile. And yes I’m clicking update.

    Any ideas?

  • Hi Craig,

    Are you referring to the email address entered via Users > Your Profile?

    If so, first double check that there are no other users on your site using the email address that you’re trying to update to. Next, try deactivating your plugins one by one to see if any are causing a conflict and preventing you from being able to update the address.
