Hello! i have installed the plugin, apparently everything works well and automatically has created the page “quote request” which has the code: [Gpls_woo_rfq_get_cart_sc]. But when I visit the page corresponding to the quote request does not show anything, it is blank… Why can be running this?
    Thanks for your time!

    Hi,
    Does it say the following:

Your quote cart is currently empty.

    Return To Shop

No, before going to the “quote request” page I selected from the shop several products for quote request, and then I visit the page “quote request” and not see anything … only see the code and nothing else ??

If you see the code [Gpls_woo_rfq_get_cart_sc] in the rfq page and nothing else, check in plugins page in admin, make sure it is actually activated. it looks like it is not active. or deactivate and activate again.

Not a problem. We need better documentation and videos. We are working on it ??

I checked the site. You have selected the “RFQ” in the woo-rfq setting in woocommerce->settings->woo-rfq

    Do you want
A: the customer to be able to ask for a quote for some items and be able to checkout with the rest of the items like normally they would.(normal checkout selected in woo-rfq setting) this is the default and your items show up in the quote request page. To make this work, you would need to go into the products that you want to receive requests for quotes and check “enable rfq on this product”. the rest of the products stay like they would be without woo-rfq

    Or
B: you want the customer to only ask for quotes and then you adjust the prices on the whole cart and send them an invoice. “RFQ” selected in woo-rfq setting and you don’t need “quote for request” page. delete the menu item(keep the page though in case you change you mind). Customer checks out normally but instead of paying , they end up creating a “request for quote ” in the orders. after you add items to the quote. go to your quote and checkout like you normally would.

please what you recommend to translate it?

    (@gplsaver)

1: You can change some labels by going to woocommerce->settings->woo-rfq->labels
we will also be adding more label options in our upcoming premium version.

For a true translation you can look in the languages folder , there are some files and then look at
    this tool https://poedit.net/
It is a free tool and has documentation. You can use that tool and the language files in the plugin folder and translate it.

OK, thanks for all your cooperation, i have another question…How do I configure the plugin to receive in mi mail each order ?? Woocomerce and the template are configured with my mail but I do not receive notifications on it

    Plugin Author Neah Plugins

    (@gplsaver)

    In WooCommerce settings emails
There are two email that should have been generated when you activated the plugin

    1-New Request for Quote
    2-New RFQ Admin

click on each and make sure they are enabled.

when customer submits the RFQ, they should receive a confirmation and you should receive notification
