Not a problem. We need better documentation and videos. We are working on it ??
I checked the site. You have selected the “RFQ” in the woo-rfq setting in woocommerce->settings->woo-rfq
Do you want
A: the customer to be able to ask for a quote for some items and be able to checkout with the rest of the items like normally they would.(normal checkout selected in woo-rfq setting) this is the default and your items show up in the quote request page. To make this work, you would need to go into the products that you want to receive requests for quotes and check “enable rfq on this product”. the rest of the products stay like they would be without woo-rfq
Or
B: you want the customer to only ask for quotes and then you adjust the prices on the whole cart and send them an invoice. “RFQ” selected in woo-rfq setting and you don’t need “quote for request” page. delete the menu item(keep the page though in case you change you mind). Customer checks out normally but instead of paying , they end up creating a “request for quote ” in the orders. after you add items to the quote. go to your quote and checkout like you normally would.
