Move Site Title and stuff off Background Center

  • Hi, is it possible to move the site title and stuff off the background image and put it either in a bar above the background or to the left of the center because I have a portrait in the center of the background: ranwei.net.

    We can move it upwards if you add some empty space to the top of the site. Let us know if you’re willing to do that. ??
