not able to customise the site and social icons are not appearing

Hi my name is Sushruth,
I have been trying to customize the theme but whenever I choose the customize option it is showing that user session has expired Andy I have to login again and even though I login again it is not showing me the theme on the right side like the normal customize part of the theme that appears on the right side of the theme.

And when I see the site on laptop, the social icons and the search button are not appearing on the screen instead I am seeing small square boxes.

Please do the needful and help to make use of the theme fully.
