Flash video plugin

  • Hi there.

    I am having difficulty to put a video on my site to play in a player.
    All my videos are in .flv format but I can’t get them to play in a player on my site so I can start/stop them.

    Could someone please give me the link to the correct plugin that I need.

    I would greatly appreciate it.
