My issue with Ninja Forms is that it submits the form correctly but the email address that I want the form submission to be sent to has the same domain name as the website domain. So…
I have the format: https://www.example.com with the form and when it submits it should send to email: [email protected] however I never receive any of the submission emails. I know it is working because I also have it send to another gmail email address and I do receive them at that address. How can I get my Godaddy hosted WP site to email to our addresses of the same name?

    +1.
Not only mail address with same domain name as website domain, Gmail ones too.
Hope for a fix, thanks in advance.

Thanks Kyle, i did read the doc but found the fix with the help of Postman SMTP plugin.
    Mailgun also did work well.
Something else ( i am going to open a ticket for) : product quantity doesn’t show up in received mail, just total amount.
    Thanks again.

In fact, as suggested in NinjaForms documentation, Mailgun is the most complete and efficient solution. Especially if more than one domain involved.
