Spacious Slider Problems

My URL is firstsearchseo.com, and I’m having a couple of problems with the Spacious slider:

1. Even though all five of my slider pics are the recommended size of 1400×400, the page beneath the slider “moves up” (for want of a better way of phrasing it) on the pic I’ve assigned to slider location #4.

I’ve tried assigning the same pic to other locations in the slider, and regardless of where I place it, the page “moves up” only on this specific pic. It’s the pic that has five icons appearing horizontally with the words “RANKING” “LINKS” “SEARCH” “REPUTATION” and “PERFORMANCE”. It’s precisely 1400×400, just like all the other slider pics.

2. Is it possible to increase the horizontal size of the shaded text area in which each slider pic’s title and description appear, so that the text within that area doesn’t “wrap”?
