    I hope, someone can help me.
    Is there any possibility, to place for example Headlines between the textfields?
    And is there a possibility to replace the send button?

    I too was just about to ask the same/similar question. I would like to have section headings for a group of fields. Is this possible eg I have fields called Name, surname, member number address and I want the heading to be called Donor Details for this group of fields.
