Translation of Subscribers mails

    Dear Support,

    Kindly could you please assist on translating Newsletter plugin, subscriber emails, as we tried to translate different strings, but it was unsuccessful.

    First step, we tried to translate strings via “WPML” plugin, but for unknown reason strings are not showing up after theme and plugins scan.

    Second step: We tried to do it hard coded way, and still, we are facing same issue. From backed strings are translated but subscriber emails still show up in English.
    We have translated:
    /wp-content/plugins/newsletter/subscription/languages/en_Us.php file.

    The subscriber continues to receive untranslated emails:
    “Hi,
    A newsletter subscription request for this email ……..”.

    What would you suggest in this case?

    Website is hosted on IIS8 with 5.6 php version
    Language to be translated: Albanian sq_AL
    Kindly note: Important is to be translated, we are not requesting to be multilanguage plugin.
