Hi, we purchased your theme but for some reason we cannot make the pricing table fullwidth in our theme (DiVi). We are using a Template 1.

    Kindly assist.

  • Hello Kevinn,

Go to Structural Settings under Pricing Table Settings. The first two options are for configuring the pricing table width. Set the Pricing Table Container Width to 100%. This may help you.

    Thanks

it is set at 100%, I have also tried at 300% to be sure but it doesn’t work. On my page it still has white spaces on the left and right of the page.

Other parts of the page is OK using fullwidth so I do not think it has anything to do with the settings of my theme. Somehow only with this plugin it seems that way. I am running on the latest DiVi Theme.

    Thanks.

Can you share the page link where the pricing table is displaying?

    Thanks

you may click the pricing or under the main page the table is there.

Let me know when you’re done. We are still in the midst of developing the site.

Let me know when you’re done. We are still in the midst of developing the site and would need to set it to maintenance until we launch.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Looks like it’s the premium version of the plugin. This support forum is only for free version. In our website from where you bought the plugin, there is a dedicated 24/7 support system. Next time please open a ticket there to get support. For now, I’m telling you the way to get the full width of the table:

Open ccwrpt-front.css file anf find .ccwrpt_container
    Change max-width to 100%

Hopefully, it will solve the problem. If you still need any support, login to our website and open a ticket there regarding your issues.

    Thanks
    Iftekhar
