    Hi, I have seen others get similar issues but to be honest I don’t fully understand what the fixes are or what I’m actually looking for. I managed to complete all the settings and all looked as it should be, everything connected etc. Went to do a test email and it just hangs. No error message or anything it just sits there looking like the page is loading but nothing at all happens, it’s been at least 3 minutes now at a 4th attempt after revoking access and granting permission again and I can’t get it to work at all. Please help.

    Hi, Do you have any othe SMTP plugin active? Who is your hosting provider? Please copy and paste content from the “Server Info” tab so I can take a closer look.

    Hi thanks for coming back to me. No other SMTP plugin installed at all. Using Ninja Forms an Ninja Forms Uploads to capture info.

    Thanks. Everything looks good. which port are you using? Can you please contact bluehost to see if that port is open? Do you have any MX record configured in your Bluehost account? Make sure to keep your domain name in the “From Email Address” field (e.g. [email protected]). Bluehost seems to block email if it doesn’t contain the domain name.

    Yep, tried that, still nothing. Think I’m giving up now and moving on. Was hoping it would be a simple thing.
