• Hi, I’m using Ubuntu 16.10 (fresh installation) and Chromium (latest) and I’m not able to update or publish any posts. All my websites are up to date. I tried fresh installation with Twenty Sixteen without any plugins and it didnt’t help. I also tried to turn of every chrome extension. But everything is working in Firefox. Can anyone help?

Disable all Chrome extensions and try again.

    Hello jandrabek,

Try using the “Inspect” tool in Chromium to narrow down the cause. For example, the “Console” tab might indicate a more detailed error message.

As you could read in my original post both of these I tried. I disabled all extensions, tried to disable caching in chrome. Disabled all plugins, tried fresh installation without plugin and console was without errors.

If you install google-chrome instead of chromium, does it work?

Ok, I also tried classic chrome and nothing changed. I even tried to uninstall all extensions (not only disable) and still cannot update or post.

This thing gets even wierder. Everything works perfectly for websites hosted on different hosting than I usually use. However still websites I’m not able to update or change content can be changed from another computer.

Is your host using mod_security? If so, check those logs.
