Hosting WordPress site with another company

  • Hallo, I started my website on wordpress (potentiaweb.wordpress.com) and then I got a South African hosting company to self-host it (potentiacoaching.co.za). The problem now is that I get comments and followers on my blogs on my first or old wordpress site and I do not want that. I want everything to operate from the new site. But I am too scared to delete the old site. What should I do?

    You should be able to redirect the traffic from the old site to the new one. Read more in the official WordPress support documentation here:
