Admin settings pages are blank

I installed the plugin and the parent plugin. I’ve confirmed that there are amp links working on my site but if I click on any of the AMP settings pages in the wordpress admin they are completely blank except for a single semicolon. So at this point I’m not able to configure the plugin at all.
