local pickup not showing up

    according to this – https://woocommerce.com/2016/06/woocommerce-26-zipping-zebra/, “On the front end, customers will only see the options that are available wherever they are.”

    well… i’m logging in from one of my free local pickup areas, BUT… what if i want to have it shipped elsewhere? i want to have “local pickup” AS WELL AS a flat rate shipping option (in case they want to ship it elsewhere as a gift) – how can i make BOTH OPTIONS APPEAR so a user can select free local pickup if they want to come get it, or “flat rate shipping” if they want to send it elsewhere? this is so frustrating.

    i was analyzing cart abandonment and it turns out it was locals who didn’t see the local pickup option – FRUSTRATING!

    i am tearing my hair out. WTH! help!
