Does support ever answer anyone here?

I have sent a support request weeks ago. I also see that no one has received a reply in over a month from the plugin author. If your here trying to get support good luck… You probably wont get any. I even emailed them through their website and after responding once they decided to stop responding and ignore all my emails.
