    Hello,

I have Siteground site with PHP 5.5 and the latest WF version Version 6.2.7. I get this error all the time.

We were unable to write to ~/wp-content/wflogs/ which the WAF uses for storage. Please update permissions on the parent directory so the web server

I have been working with Siteground techs and they have reset permissions on the folders in question several times and nothing. Still the same error message.

They have reviewed my htaccess public_html file and WF can write to it.

    What can I do?

Hi again. Your ticket has been updated and the issue has been fixed. The config.php file inside the wflogs/ folder had wrong ownership.

Please update the ticket in our system if you have any further issues – wel’ll be happy to help:)
