WP Tao does not register sales from Woocommerce

  • Hey there, first of all, awesome plugin and concept.

    On my site, wp tao tracks everything, including add and remove from cart, but the sales are not recorded for some reasons. They are right there in woocommerce orders, but no trace in wp tao. Any suggestions? Let me know if you need additional information.

    When you write “sales” you mean both order and payment events?

    Yes, I mean both order and payment. I just had an order registered now after I tweaked all sorts of setting across my site. Will update you if it misses any more or mark as resolved if it continues to work ??

    OK, one more question – are you sure the user making order isn’t excluded from tracking? E.g. if you use admin email to make an order and have administrators excluded from tracking, these events will not be recorded.

    Could you please try to make an order from different browser and for some new user (not tracked before by Tao)?

    Thanks for your suggestion. I checked the user roles of the users making the untracked orders, and they are set to “customer”, which is not excluded. The only order that is reported on the dashboard is also made by a “customer”.

    I have had a couple of orders placed by returning customers that has not been tracked since my last post. I will keep you updated ??
