    hi,

    the event calendar doesn’t work correct with wordpress 4.7. the calendar is displayed twice.

    Any solution on how to fix it?

    Same problem here.

    In Events -> Settings -> Viewing Settings -> Calendar page I had “Events” selected.

    On my “Events” Page I was using the shortcode and the calendar only showed once.

    Now since WP4.7 I have selected a new page (which is really unused) and now my normal Events page is back to normal – only one calendar showing.
