Wrong images showing for variations

Hi,
My product is showing the wrong images for the different variations. It keeps showing one specific image for all the different variations in one attribute set. I have tried deleting it, and re-adding and it is still doing this. I have also tried switching to a different theme, and deactivating all of my plugins, and reactivating one at a time.

Does this plugin support multiple Attribute sets? I have 4 on my site currently.
