    Hello!

Back in October(apparently), my plugin stopped working. I think it was around that time that I switched my hosting over to WP Engine. I thought maybe it was an issue with the plugin being outdated so I updated it, but now I’m actually receiving a 504 error when I try to test, debug, or process my emails. I’ve checked with WP Engine, and they pointed me in your direction.

    Help?

504 errors are due to server configuration. Do you have access to the webserver logs? If so can you send them to [email protected]

I don’t have direct access, but I am having them emailed to me. Is there anything else that could be done?

Not yet, we need to know what the problem is first.

Ok, I have sent the webserver logs to your email. Just FYI I have tried disabling all other plugins and switching to the 2015 theme, that didn’t help.

DrunkSteel, I had a very similar issue to you. I also use WPEngine. They said you can’t change the timeout configured in PHP. I found that changing the connection type from Socket to cURL helped.
