Tracking email sign-ups

Instead of trying to make a sale (yet), I am trying to get people to sign up for my mailing list on SendinBlue. So I am not offering payment to affiliates, but I do want to track my top referrers so that I can send them product when it is ready.
How do I link affiliate accounts to email sign-ups instead of sales?
