Support Button not showing…

  • Apart from the usual problem of guests who can not open ticket, because the form is not visible, now I have another problem: the support button does not appear!! =(
    What’s happening?
    I have installed WP 4.7 and WP Support Plus 7.1.3, and I try to uninstall the plugin and reinstall it, but nothing changes!

    Hi there,

    Please check below points:

    • Support Button enabled in Support Plus > Settings > General
    • Front End Restriction in Support Plus > Settings > Role Management set to “ALL”

    Great! Thank you finally guests can submit tickets!! It was a Font-end Restriction setting!!
