Help with shortcodes, please

    Confused about shortcodes. If I use [newsletter] I gain all the encapsulated, automated messages. However, I’m stuck with the generic form.

    If I customize my newsletter form, I gain a customized form but lose all the encapsulated, automated messages.
    [newsletter_form button_label=”Subscribe”] [newsletter_field name=”first_name” placeholder=”Name”][newsletter_field name=”email” placeholder=”[email protected]”][/newsletter_form]

    How do I get the best of both worlds?
