Shortcodes Not Working

I checked the other similar threads but I couldn’t find a solution.
I’m trying to insert an Amazon Native Ad via a shortcode.
Settings:

Lists: https://imgur.com/apyFk0fWhen I preview the ad in the Ad Inserter settings I can see it, but when I insert the shortcode somewhere nothing displays at all.
