Shipping only if minimum number of items = 20

  • Hi,

    i have a woocommerce store here in Australia. I want to ship internationally to USA only if a customer has 20 or more items in their cart. How can i achieve this?

    Also what is the best plugin for shipping prices to match australia postage prices?
